This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. The entire team who worked on my trade and purchase were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly service oriented. Dave and Marat in sales both helped me on different days depending one who was on the floor. Brian their finance manager did such an excellent job identifying several outstanding options that I financed with them vs my own bank which I was pre approved. I was greeted by their sales manager Ryan as a last step and the entire experience was stress free and quite honestly enjoyable. No hidden fees, pushy sales tactics, fake negotiations etc. We will buy from this team again. Thanks Saratoga Honda.
