Smitherman’s is the BEST! We have gotten a weed wacker and leaf blower and we’re extremely happy with the customer service. We are new to a lot of yard work, not knowing much, and they were so helpful in picking out something that works best for us and teaching us how to use everything. So friendly and helpful and the products are great. I highly recommend!

Needed air filter for a Husqvarna leaf blower and they were the only place in a 25 mile radius including Husqvarna dealers that had one in stock. Person in the parts department was even nice enough to pull the filter off of the shelf and put my name on it so I could come by and pick it up the next day instead of having to order one from somewhere else and having to wait on it to be delivered.

These folks did a general service and new blades on a mower I had never had one problem with over the years. Since they serviced it in the spring, I've had continued issues with the deck. It mows uneven and one of the belts keeps coming off. They have had it three times now I pay the bill and pay for them to pick it up and drop it back off each time. The problem is they just keep NOT fixing anything because he says it mows perfectly for them in their test area. He says there is nothing wrong with my mower. Which is pretty weird because the belt keeps coming off and it mows like it has half a blade. They last had it a month ago and when I called today to tell them the belt was off, again, I was told they would be happy to take some more of my money to do nothing about a problem that as far as they are concerned, is doesn't exist because it wasn't replicated on their test strip. It's a shame, I hate to have hard feelings with these folks. They've been around a long time and I know the community likes them.
