Had a great buying experience with Brandon. No nonsense quick transaction and friendly. After the purchase had a slight conflict with the service dept hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 but the real hero here was Jordan! This guy went above and beyond his duties to make sure the job was promptly done. The gentleman who worked on the bike also did a great job fixing an issue the bike came with from the factory

I emailed the shop from their website. The site requires you to give all of your information: home address, phone number, email address. I asked a question about what riding gear is required for test driving a bike. Since the question was attached to a particular bike, the answer I got from the dealer was "just sold the bike sorry." Honestly, I get better interaction and treatment on FaceBook Marketplace.

I attempted to enter the biz at 2:43p to simply browse the frames. I was stopped at the sign-in table(?) and told that I could not enter because the store closed at 3p. That’s it. I didn’t need “service” from anyone as I simple wanted to view this stock. The kicker, a woman was allowed in after me to actually receive service (pick up an order). Maybe the store hours should read ‘Saturday’s close at 2:43’?? Nice , cold customer service from the employee too. First time there....first impression is the most important. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Gary, the manager was fantastic. Even though they weren't opened, here allowed me in and both of us with our social distancing and masks on, made a deal for a brand new Kawasaki KX250. Financed. Paid for and picked up today. Thank you New England Cycle and Gary for being there.

Yes they do... You might want to check out a little moto- Cycle Gear place in Manchester. They don't sell bikes. Just GEAR.

New England cycle is not a Honda dealer but I would think that they could do an oil change. Their staff has done some work for me in the past and seemed pretty competent.

A week is a vauge term. Things happen trucks get delayed. Im sure the parts came in. If they were wrong those guys and girls at new england cycle would make it right. Keep your cool and explain whats up in a calm manner and things will happen.
