Ordered a pizza for pickup and when I came in to get I was told it wasn’t ready even tho I waited 30 min and was told it was ready for pickup. Sat around waiting for and and when I asked for an update the workers were being unprofessional and talking to eachother and not giving me an answer. 20 min later when I asked again they tell me that they gave my pizza to someone else and when I asked them how long it would take them to make me a new one they were avoiding the question and not explaining the situation. Finally hour after I had ordered they gave me the pizza and didn’t explain or at least say they were sorry for the wait. They could of at least told me sorry or checked on my order instead of having me wait around for no reason. Wouldn’t come here ever again :(

Gave me food poisoning, the gnarly kind requiring prescription medications. Truly horrific having to deal with it. Not worth it. Doctor suspects it was rancid garlic sauce.

Took over an hour to deliver. I called the store asking the status on my delivery order and the lady just kept saying she was having difficulties with the screen? I understand being short staffed, but maybe don’t offer delivery then

I’ve ordered from this papa johns a few times. Good food. However, tonight my delivery driver (his name was Cutter) went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! Our food was hot, fresh, and he Was the first delivery driver we’ve had from this location that actually gave us extra garlic sauce! He was pleasant and sweet, and takes pride in his job. Way to go, Cutter!
