I needed a heavy-duty lock. They had a number to choose from. Pricey. The cashier knows a lot of people and was very friendly to the regulars. Having a second cashier would have been five stars.

What a joy to shop here - employees that are friendly and go out of their way to help you and insure you find what you need. I went there this morning to find a clamp, it took a while, employee needed to look it up, could not find it and still kept looking. Eventually he found it - he just would not give up. I appreciate that attitude and perseverance. Good thing - they are expanding into part of the old Williams-Sonoma store. I like shopping at this store and supporting local owners.
