I have a great experience with Gloucester Housing Authority. I was given housing after 4 years. It was a really smooth transition.i don't worry about eviction because I don't give them a reason to . if you do what you are suppose to do there will no reason to be evicted. I'm thankful for their help.

Just be honest and wanting to better your life and they will help if able. They have lots of wonderful programs and tools if you need them.

Nope Why

If you have a good working resume and a strong working back ground they will over charge you and raise you rent to market rent and if you pay your rent on time every month you get a wonderful eviction paper with bs charges plus nothing is enclued no gas or electricity so you will end up paying 2000 a month or more trust me run away they still money ex workers there have said so close them down and maintenance is useless
