Great Office staff! Kristy, Kate and Sasha are helpful. Brian and Mark on the maintenance team are excellent! The community has very nice amenities and upgrades. A great community to live at and in a very convenient location.

The best aspect of living here has been the service I've received from the maintenance staff. The maintenance manager, Brian, is a role model of what a maintenance manager should be. His actions telegraph to his staff what he expects. He has an extremely professional demeanor, has always known exactly what was needed, or if he didn't know, knew exactly who he needed to call to assure the necessary expertise was employed to solve the problem at hand. He has either personally responded to my maintenance requests or assured someone on the staff responded with a sense of urgency. I could not ask for better service than that which I've received from the Strafford Station Apartments maintenance team and from their manager Brian. When there is inclement weather the maintenance team salts ahead of time and clear the walkways and roadways promptly so there is never any need to ask them to do it.

The maintenance team here has been top notch! Recently we've had some problems with our heating. Mark and Brian responded quickly to the service request. They're both friendly and professional, and took time to assess and correct the problem. Gave a follow up plan too. About a year ago we had an emergency water issue. Brian was on call and drove from quite a distance around 3am to attend to the emergency request. Again, polite, professional...and knowledgeable.
