I want to share my experience of changing the oil on Valvoline Framingham. The car was new and had my first oil change. My car was examined by a man of age: a professional in his field. Under the car, the person who drained the oil, changed the filter, removed and put the pan protection back on, did a terrible job. In a new car, after the first oil change, several bolts are no longer there, a couple of bolts are not threaded. The protection of the pallet dangles from below.

I brought my girlfriends car there. Finally. I was so relieved to be getting it done for her. And then... Bam! Like a punch to the stomach! The Solar Plexus. 👊💥... "Hey Sir? Yeah, we don't seem to have the proper size wrench to remove your drain plug..." I said "Wait.. Did someone Steal it? I'm only asking because it's a 2016 Toyota Scion IA. I'm willing to bet there's no way Toyota hasn't already "standardized" their drain plugs across all models. Yeah. No way is that drain plug "model specific". So, in essence what you're saying is... ALL 2016 Toyota's are simply SOL here today? And that "situation"? How long would you anticipate that lasting?" I'll give them this. They didn't try to promise me anything that couldn't do. Or try to "get me back there to spend money ASAP problem resolved or not". They were honest about it. It was a genuine mystery regarding the location of that particular drain plug wrench... But yeah it has to be misplaced. Nobody would bother to steal something so trivial. So devoid of any inherent or intrinsic value.

Also...go to website AND look up local location. They have good coupons for services. But check BOTH. Sometimes the area coupons are MORE of a discount. Good Luck. Be diligent in checking what type of fluid they use for your import. It makes a difference!
It is a very difficult question. with out information make of the car, engine size, year, etc.
