We were talked into buying a spa that was WAY above what we wanted to spend because it was available at the time. Meanwhile they KNEW it would not be able to be shipped right away and there was a shortage of electrical components so we had to wait 3 months anyways, when I could have saved 4 grand and gotten the spa I wanted, which was 3 months out to begin with. They are sneaky and don't care about what you want. This extra expensive spa has broken several times in the past 6 months of owning it and they do not respond to warrantee calls. First time I had to call 3 times and the guy got on the phone and asked if the jets that were not working were turned on- I wouldn't be calling if it was not broken. He wanted me to fix it with him on the phone. NO I have a warrantee, I paid extra for now come fix it. We constantly have to prime the jets because they get air locked. Once again its broken, we can't even turn it on to keep it hot so we will have to no doubt drain it and deal with the air lock and another non-answered service call if this ever gets fixed. It's been 2 weeks since I put a call in and no one has responded. So I called sales and got through, made them leave another message on their desk. Now the spa is leaking and the jets do not work again, imagine that. I will never do business with them again, I will ride out the warrantee and buy from somewhere else next time. The CalSpa was the worst investment that we have ever made, and the decision to go through Seasonal Spa despite the warnings from friends and reviewers was poor..

Great pool store with a huge selection of pools, floats, chemicals, etc. Staff is super helpful and there are plenty of them available to answer questions. They also do water testing to help you figure out what to add to your pool. Weekly or biweekly pool service is also reasonably priced.

Bought an 18' above ground pool from Seasonal. Great value, very helpful service, and a very complete starter package. I was able to buy the pool in the fall during the good sales and they stored it until spring free of charge. The assistance loading the pool into my trailer and verifying all of the parts were present was much appreciated when I picked it up.

If your looking for pool supplies and a cleaning I would recommend to anyone. Just make sure to book early because they fill up fast. Trying to get patio furniture or other outdoor items they are a bit on the pricey side. Understandable with it being only really one season to sell for. Great staff very helpful they know their pools and do water testing for pools and spas.
