This place has quality bikes. At Walmart you will get a bike but at this bike centre, you’re going to get a high quality piece of equipment; the department store bikes will not last and will not stand up to the demands of every Day riding.

Owner operator sales person is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful and quite reasonable when it comes to prices. We bought 4 bicycles there so far plus all kinds of gear. Best bicycle shop in the area as far as we are concerned. And no attitude.

I don't think so. They are a bicycle shop. You might do an internet search with the brand of your scooter to find a local service business.
I don't think so. Not to bad mouth the big box stores, but Brooksville Bicycle Center sells a higher quality level of bikes and also provides maintenance and repair services. We've been buying bikes there for close to twenty five years. (We went there shortly after buying a BMX bike for our son, at the aforementioned type store, and he quickly wore it out). If you're serious about riding, you should check it out. And if budget is a big factor, go anyway. I think he has trade-ins that might work for you.
