Working for this organization was by far one of the most challenging- upper leadership lead by bullying tactics and created a negative work environment: the workers (who make leadership "look good") are treated with disrespect and threats. The team directors are overworked, stressed and under appreciated. If you voice your concern pretty much kiss your job good bye. They preach about work life balance but there is no such thing with the current leadership in this organization.

Season's Hospice of Wesley Chapel is a God-send!! All their staff are professional, warm-hearted, caring experts. Nurses Wendy and Nicole were incredible -- Wendy drove over 4 hours in one night, making several return trips to help my mother with terminal restlessness. Tamika was so gentle & sweet with bathing & dressing my 82yo mother. Julie, the volunteer coordinator, had the most beautiful keepsake ornament made for us out of the funeral flowers! And volunteer Steve was sent by God to be with us the night before & at the time of death. Steve's calming presence helped us get through the worst moment. Season's sent volunteers to help relieve me so I could get some rest while caring for my mother (which was 24-7 at that point). Just knowing that I could call them for any questions at any time of the day or night provided a lot of help. Even the phone staff were kind & caring. They provided all medications & equipment necessary immediately. After my mom's death, all the staff have reached out to us to help us with grieving & support. If I ever have to go through hospice again, it will be with Season's Hospice of Wesley Chapel!!

First of all I would like to say THANK YOU!!! Thank you so very much for everything you have helped with my mom in her final days of life. We chose Hospice at home and also chose to attend my mom as much as we could ourselves, as far as bathing and caring for. I want to thank the staff involved, the nurses who came, social workers, even as far as equipment and other things we needed for my mom. Any and everything we needed were delivered if not that same day, the very next. The staff that came at anytime we called and answered our calls immediately. I just cannot thank you enough. I am so sorry for the families that did not have this same experience. I would recommend Seasons for anyone having to go through such a difficult time in their lives with their loved ones. Everyone who came were compassionate to my mom and us,they were attentive to every need ,answered any and every question or concerns we had.. I don't know if I am allowed to name the staff, but I want to thank Lisa ,Aimee Brianna, and Dave. They were just so wonderful and understanding and compassionate to every thing. Thank you all so very , very much. Thank you for helping families in such difficult times. I just cannot Express my gratitude to you all. God bless you all.
