Appointment was for 17:15. Arrived at 16:30. Checked in was told that i was late and that they had changed my appointment to 0400 that morning. Said they would call me and eventually work me in to get unloaded. Called both my shipper and my company who say they didnt hear anything about appointment time changes. Currently in staging lot waiting for them. Its been almost 24 hours. Also this place apparently doesnt have any bathrooms or portajohns available for truckers.

I gave this facility a 1 because you it's the lowest number available! Horrible place to deliver to. No respect for drivers time! Arrived at 545am for 7am appointment. It's now 1127am paid lumper fee at 1101am now still waiting for paperwork! Avoid this warehouse if possible!!

Been 5 hrs and I’m still here waiting for my paper work. Already paid the lumber fee. Went couple of times inside to get the updates , but they said wait for the call and they never call you..I’m not surprised why they got such bad reviews.

They are great! Every time I come here they are quick and polite. My kind of place. Hard working people. Security, staff, people at loading docks👍👍👍 Today I’m delivering strawberries, all the way from Castroville, C.A. My appointment time was at noon I got here at 5:30 am they gave me a door right away.
