Our tech, Paul, phoned 15 mins prior to his arrival, was polite and on time for our appointment. He explained every step throughout the process and was highly knowledgeable! He also cleaned up after after each process and explained the next step. We have an older system and we were worried it needed replacing despite no real issues but air flow. It is difficult to find a reputable company that services R22 systems parts/service. So happy we found Bay Area AC!
