Our tech, Paul, phoned 15 mins prior to his arrival, was polite and on time for our appointment. He explained every step throughout the process and was highly knowledgeable! He also cleaned up after after each process and explained the next step. We have an older system and we were worried it needed replacing despite no real issues but air flow. It is difficult to find a reputable company that services R22 systems parts/service. So happy we found Bay Area AC! The great news is that the system is in good condition, no leaks, no large repair or replace bill! Professional, personable, friendly and honest expert technician! I've always use Bay Area AC and would highly recommend them. There is a diagnosis charge if you do not want to repair your unit and if you do have the repairs done they won't charge you the diagnosis charge. I recommend Shane if you a great tech. Yes
Had bay area at my house. Very professional. They only don't change for new installation estimates. They do charge for a service call and or diagnostic. Very reasonable.
