You can find everything you need, good selection of new and used tack. Five stars for to store one star for customer service. I’m only talking about one person not the all employees. I went there to pick up a saddle for tryout. Came back next day to return them, they didn’t fit. Because that was my first time purchasing saddles I don’t know how the return process goes. When I asked for the lady for some kind of proof of return, she literally rolled her eyes and looked at Me like I’m crazy. She didn’t explain anything just give me nasty look. She had such a bad attitude that is absolutely disgusting. I went upstairs, shortly she followed, She asked me if I need help with anything and I said “no”when she was walking away she was looking at me in such a weird awkward way:/ like I’m about to steal something. Such an unpleasant person, I was so uncomfortable in her presence. I’ve visited the store twice and each time she was so unwelcoming. Whoever visited the store knows who I’m talking about because apparently when I spoke with friends at my barn I’m not the only one who noticed that. Other employees were fantastic just this one lady should change her way of dealing with people.

Took my girlfriend here and she was rather impressed. The staff there is great, very helpful and friendly. The store has two floors with lots of stuff. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is great.

I recently ordered a saddle from Bucks County Saddlery. I worked with Carla and Lauren over the phone to order and ship the saddle. From start to finish, my customer service experience was excellent! I highly recommend this store!
