I've waited several weeks to write this review, in hopes that a manager or owner was going to respond to my email. I hate writing bad reviews... Pros: - the grounds are absolutely beautiful Cons: - the cost is outrageous. we paid $100 for the blendings experience. - none of the wines are even local to CO (they're from CA and WA) - we didn't get to go outside once - no one asked if we prefer red or white wine (all of the glasses were poured before we entered the room) - the charcuterie board was SO SMALL - I ordered the vegetarian board and there was meat on my board (upon asking about this, i was told they don't have a vegetarian option... after a complaint, they took my board somewhere and came back with grapes instead of meat) - they were out of (or really low on) some of our favorite wine options When they emailed me asking for a review, I responded asking for someone to reach out to me to discuss. At that point I was still interested in trying to support them in the future, just going to sample and not do the experience. However, at least until they have local wines, I'm going to bring my business elsewhere.

Attended the blending session at the winery and it was outstanding - beautiful property, excellent service by Erin, and a really fun time. Learned a lot - it was relaxing and fun!

Amazing experience. We did the Blendings class on Friday. The place is beautiful, the wine is delicious, and David stood out as an amazing host and teacher. He really took the time to make us feel comfortable, and to educate us in a respectful way. My wife and I are very new to wine tasting, etc. so we were worried we would feel judged for our lack of knowledge. When David took the time to explain things in plain English, it really helped us enjoy the experience. And how cool that we could blend our own wine bottle to purchase! Great Christmas gift for my m. We will definitely be going back!

We visited Blendings on our trip to Fort Collins and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in the blending experience. It was so educational and fun and the hosts made it such a pleasant afternoon. Their charcuterie board was fabulous and the setting was beautiful!!
