I only ate here because Grape Leaf had a line out the door. 1st Choice uses to be the best BBQ in town. It's the dirtiest place in town. If this were another restaurant...it would be shut down. Dead flies on the wall, dust so thick, I can write my name, & the back door is open. These are all health code violations! Save your money & your health.

I first ate here almost 20 years ago. I had not been in a couple years; prePandemic. The pork was delicious as usual; the cold macaroni salad was still spicy and tasty; and the fries were hot and fresh. Great bbq!

Great place for large portions of tender well cooked meat! I came in just before closing and they were happy to accommodate me even with their systems being down. -Great Service -Good portions -Great flavor

Love this place! The plates are large enough for me and my husband to share. The meat is smokey, the mac is spicy, the beans are sweet & the greens are salty. My only "complaint" would have to be on their choice of bread/buns. Wish they'd offer Texas toast or cornbread
