We are very happy to be able to stay here! The facility is great and we have a very nice and hardworking employee Wesley. He takes very good care of everything. Once we send a repair request he is immediately there to help. Top service! That has to be mentioned!

Moved in about 3 months ago and it remains a recommendation for me. Hazim is a great property manager and was really helpful for the whole move-in process. He has been super helpful afterward as well! We have had to submit some regular maintenance requests and the staff is always prompt and does an adequate job. They also are really polite and kind to the pets and respectful of our belongings! I've noticed the grounds are well kept, too. They regularly maintain dog trashcans, leaf pick up/landscaping, and they regularly vacuum the common areas. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, too with a park just across the street with playgrounds, a field and a track. It's only a mile from the Harvard football stadium too! It's a very nice area!

Apartment complex in Brighton is fine, common areas are well maintained. Just moved in less than a month ago. I did notice a lot of rats by the dumpster in the evening and early mornings. I'm surprised that a well maintained facility has that issue. Also, we've been paying for parking since we moved in but one of the neighbors has been parked there for multiple days since we moved in. We've been parking on the street and have to move the car every couple of hours not to get a ticket. While we've raised the issue to the property manager countless times, it still hasn't been resolved. So basically we're paying for a service we can't actually use.

When I moved to Boston a year ago I had a really hard time finding a pet friendly apartment that would allow both my cat and my dog. Waverly not only allows both, is affordable and is a nice apartment, but also is a great place to live. The staff is super nice and helpful and maintenance has even come way later than what traditional hours are to fix things in my apartment that were urgent.
