I work in Longmont, so I went to this AutoZone for a new low beam headlight. To my dismay, when I went to install this light it was the incorrect model/size. So, I went to another location to see if someone else would be able to assist me in finding the correct bulb. This sweet young man behind the counter assisted me, Kai. After I had returned one bulb and purchased another, I asked Kai if he'd assist with clamping the light in place. Confused, he agreed to come take a look. My new/old Kia has headlights that I was not familiar with before, but he managed to get the piece that I could not clip in put into place. Thank you Kai, and thank you Fort Collins Autozone for hiring people who are willing to take the extra step with customer satisfaction. - Molly

Started my day with a dead car, got it jumped and went to get it tested at this location. Kai was so helpful with the test and ultimately the replacement of my battery! Highly recommend this location if you like working with kind customer service workers!
