I had an ER and we had to stay here for one night..didn't sleep because people were knocking on the door and calling the phone all night...I have never been so afraid in my life...How on Earth does the this activities go on here right under Lawrence twp Police

The only good thing about the budget inn is the house keepers. They literally do everything at that hotel, above and beyond what a house keeper is supposed to do

You get what you pay for. Outdated, a bit of stale cigarette smell but for 60-80 a night without a sign of bugs i can't complain. It is memorial day weekend so everything else was booked so for a last min stop and nowhere else to go its 4 stars for me. Woulda gave 5 if they had a microwave and no stale cigarette stench

This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. They have rat and bugs all over the place. The sheet are filthy. You can tell that they haven’t cleaned anything any in god knows how long. You can see the the dirt marks from the people who sweated on the sheets. Burnt cigarette holes on the covers. It’s disgusting. If I could have given it negative stars I would have.
