The technician Alfred Salas (tech service #201) was knowledgable, professional and courteous and did a great job. And he was pleasant which is rare to find in any service tech these days. He made the service appointment much less hassle and aggravating than my previous experiences. He showed up on time and was very thorough in doing the work and explaining everything he did and why and what parts of the system he'd checked, etc. I would definitely use this company again and request this technician.

We called Service Experts with a water heater issue at about 1 pm. Brandon, the technician, was at the house around 4 pm. He evaluated the problem, obtained a new water heater and had it installed...all before 7:30 pm..the same day. Now that's fast service. There was a communication issue that Brandon had to deal with as well. He was very patient dealing with phone calls to work out the specifics. This might not be the least expensive outfit in town to deal with, but they sure are the quickest..... and, they have Brandon working for them. He was the best of the best. Thank you so much Brandon.

Chris and Johnny did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC unit. Chris called to let me know what time he would arrive, which was early and I appreciated that. They both worked cleanly and efficiently, kept us informed and answered all our questions. Showed us how to work the system and gave us some advice on maintaining the filter. We were extremely pleased and grateful to have Chris and Johnny as they know their job and did it well. Do not hesitate to call this company for service. They know how to get the job done!
