Don't get me wrong my kid was happy there however I found the staff very indifferent and they charged for kids under 2 (Unlike the Holyoke Museum). Many of the exhibits are not working and the place is littered with signs saying don't do this and don't do that. The carpeting is smoked (dirty and beat up). I was heavily involved with the fund raising before it opened and I'll tell you Al wouldn't be happy.

Great place. My kid had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to parents with young children.

Great place for kids to run and play. Entertaining things to play with. Large room for private functions. (We had a birthday party for our 2 yr old granddaughter) The facilities were clean and had been sanitized. We were the only people in the facility other than staff so felt very safe.
