The employees are clearly under a lot of stress due to loss of employees during covid. People need to go easier on them as they are clearly trying their best. The employees that i spoke with were extremely helpful. Definitely coming here again

We ordered a very beautiful arrangement of balloons that were specified on the site to be inflated. Not only did the order arrive an hour late, the balloons weren't inflated. The manager at this location was of no help at all. She didn't give me solutions just told me she didn't know what happened. This completely ruined a surprise for a retirement party at work. If I could give negative stars I would.
