We use Solar Sanitation for our home in Florida. We are there for about 10 days then come back for 10 days a few moths later. As a result we turn on and off our trash service. Every time I call there Jennifer answers with a cheery hello and is so very helpful and nice…and HAPPY! I am a pain in the butt with turning on and off service I am sure…but you would not know it! Hard to find fabulous service and happy people these days. She works with me to adjust the trash and recycle days for service and when to turn it off. The gentlemen who work the sanitation trucks are so nice, respectful and handle your garbage and garbage cans with respect (i.e. no dropped trash bags or scattered trash or dented cans). I would highly recommend this company for your garbage and recycling needs!

Made the switch from Waste Connections and so glad we did. First off they drive very considerately through the neighborhood which is full of playing kids. Also, they replaced my trash cans back upright and on the sidewalk, not thrown in my planter or the street. For both those reasons we decided to switch from Waste Connections. Also I want to mention the customer service received over the phone was a wonderful experience as well. They were always very kind and professional. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
