They are always closed. Should be removed from GoogleWe are only open by appointment, as posted on multiple signs on the storefront, our website, and our Yelp listing. Unfortunately Google doesn't have an option to specify this on our business profile - sorry for any confusion.

My husband and I have been coming to this bike shop for years. Bought my newest bike in this shop many years ago and still have it serviced there. Will be coming in soon to have an overhaul of both our bikes. Keep up the good work.

I needed Wissahickon Cyclery to take a look at two new tires they sold me because the new tires went flat. You have to pay them $25 just to get in the door for them to fix a problem they were supposed to fix when I paid them $65 two months ago to fix the problem. REI does maintenance- go to REI because they stand behind their work.Hi Margaret, if you had emailed us we would have happily made time to inflate your tires, which do lose air over time and need to be reinflated, which is what we did when you came by today. There was no issue with the repair we did several months ago. Additionally, as we explained, it states pretty clearly on our site that the $25 deposit is non refundable and will be credited to your repair or purchase of parts. We offered to credit that $25 to the purchase of a pump that you inquired about, so that you could inflate your tires in the future, which you declined. In these cases it's our position that the $25 covers the time that we take out of our schedule to meet with you. In many professional industries just taking the time to speak with you is a paid service, and not only did we do that but we did address the problem that you were having with the bike. I'm sorry if you don't feel like you got your money's worth but your problem was addressed, and if you were concerned about a potential issue with a past repair you would have been free to email us at any time and we would have worked with you to resolve it.
