Great people there. I couldn't find a value stem for my shower on my 1998 boat. The manufacturer was out of business and no inventory exited. They rebuilt the old stem I had . The parts cost was 37 cents and they refused to charge the time they spent doing it. Will always use them 1st.

Product was missing a part so Dave told me I'd get a phone call when it came in. After some time, I called and spoke with Tony, Monte and and again Dave. No one knew what was going on and hours later I got a voicemail telling me I can call the MFR and order the part myself. Obviously not interested in doing future business.
