I ordered a delivery and driver said they never seen me I told them I’m in the back of the address I was at delivering I’m a truck driver and when I called to check on my order they said driver didn’t see A REAL BIG RED 18 WHEELER I guess the driver is blind or to lazy to drive to look for my truck I will never order from PapaJohns as long as I live Being a truck driver is tough enough because sometimes we don’t have time to stop and eat

Tried contact less delivery and even placed a good tip so the driver can actually do their job. No one answered the store when I called several times and my order says delivered with nothing further to verify they even attempted to deliver. Absolutely horrible when your favorite places start to rob you of good service and money. Unfortunately this will be my last time ever ordering from this store as there has been too many incidents to count
