While the food was good, they forgot to give me my sprite at first…then when I received it, the drink was flat. They also forgot the ketchup I asked for and most importantly…the gravy. How am I supposed to eat my whatachicken strips without gravy? Or the toast?

This place is 0 for 5 on getting my order correct. Funny thing is that I don't order anything special. Literally can't give me right meal that I ordered. To many kids that flat out don't care work at this location. I've eaten inside as well no manager to be found, must be in the office. Shows the lack of training. I never leave bad reviews, I work retail and I get it sometimes we have bad days. But this location is 0 for 5 on my last 5 orders.

You never go to Whataburger without expecting to wait so people need to calm down. Rolando is the best person! Always puts a smile on your face by just getting your order taken. Great customer service.

Food was cold, service was rude including the manager. Don't know what happened to the manager they was always there to make food fresh & hot & quickly. Not to mention how nice he was regardless of rush & short handed. These 2 lazy women will not have my business ever again. So sad because whataburger has always been my go to food...
