Had a great experience here. I cracked the back glass on my phone, they didnt have the specified glass but ordered it for me. When it came in i got a call and scheduled a time for it to be fixed. When it came time for the repair he came upto my car and took the phone to be repaired and said it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later he returns with my phone as good as new. I would highly recommend.

AWESOME! Awesome, awesome, awesome! The BEST costumer service ever, they looked at all of my stuff, and weren't going to charge me a thing if they couldn't fix it. I will NEVER ever go to Geek Squad to fix anything, they are the biggest rip off. This place charged reasonably, was polite, helpful, inviting, and I really can't say enough great things about them. So many places in general are just rude and miserable and nasty, and want to charge an arm and a leg for everything just because they can, and I really appreciate their timely effort, and helpful demeanor. Will be back for all of my electronics that need a fixin'!

My 5-year-old Dell Computer had two hard drives die on a Sunday morning. By Friday afternoon, my system was back up and running. Lloyd discussed the repair options and we decided on a solid state drive for Windows 10 and programs. The other drive is for data. The repairs were prompt, efficient, and reasonable. I heartily endorse the outstanding customer service at RevTech.
