I had a reservation at another location. I confirmed hours of access. I arrived at the facility with a full Uhaul truck and it was locked up. I went online and within minutes I had a great space with excellent service at Lynnway Public Storage. Minutes after I made my reservation, Cheryl contacted me to ensure I had everything I needed. She gave me instructions for access and how to access via the App Thank you for saving my day

Cheryl the on-site manager is fantastic. She is always there to assist with anything I needed to make moving my items into my unit to be painless. This place is great and clean. Lost my keys and when I showed up to ask if anything was found she had them in a safe place and was on point making sure my keys were returned to me. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will be sending everyone to talk to Cheryl.

If enough of us complain something will be done. It is a breach of contract. I would now have to rent a truck to move to a facility with reasonable hours. I don't think corporate is aware of the policy change made by management. As soon as I have time to get my belongings out I will. I am paying $82 a month for the smallest unit available.
The main gate now closes at 6pm. Contact Cheryl and see if they can accommodate you.
