Food is good, but portions are half of what they used to be... super nice people I mention the portion size because if you used to get 1 sandwich you might want to order 2

Absolutely terrible food with worse customer service I got all greasy food with the bags covered in grease and oil and the oñion rings had little to no breading on them and were tasteless and mushy. I tried to call and complain and got yelled at when I was just asking them to serve better food! I paid $60 for my family to still be hungry!!!! Despicable! Learn customer service!

Here we go again. Ordered a cold sub (tuna) and a chicken finger plate. Even had the order taken buy the Manager! I commented that I knew her voice and believe she helped me out in past. She laughed and said "yes" I told her I thought it was nice of her and she's a credit to the business! She took my info and asked me to post online a positive feedback. Well guess what, NOTHING positive to say. Over an hour and a half later I call asking about my order and was told they are very busy. 5 min later a RUDE guy calls my phone and says he's here, I say okay I'm in (my address) and he hangs up. A nock on my door produced a kid who smelled fresh of weed and had zero personality! I open my chicken finger dinner to find cold chicken, cold soggy steak fries and a soggy Nasty tuna. Wow, here is your review Manager! Horrible.

Last night I stopped by Giovanni's and got a chicken salad and roast beef sub. The salad was very fresh and delicious and the roast beef sub was made exactly how I asked for it and the bread was very fresh (nothing worse than stale rolls). They were very busy but the staff was great! Thank for making a quick meal enjoyable!!
