Ordered 2 Beautiful sofas and an ottoman . Huge selection and different pieces for all types of coastal homes. Frank was so helpful and patient with me. He was a pleasure to work with. The store was busy but he was helping me pick out pictures, lamps and even spent time matching fabrics for pillows for the sofa. I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Wish all stores in the area could give such great customer service as I received today! Will definitely be back! Thank you Frank!

We have used Platts to essentially refurnish our entire house over the course of 6 years. Product selection is very good especially coastal themed and at a reasonable price. Have always been pleased. My wife and I are terrible at trying to picture how things will look or fit in a space. Susan came to the rescue. She came out and measured our space and drew up a diagram. Her recommendations on colors was spot on. She has a great eye for what works and what doesn’t. Our recent delivery of kitchen and living room furniture looks fantastic and fits great and really opened up our space. I highly recommend Susan and Platts furniture store.
