Apparently you don’t get a manicure when you pay for infill and gel color. I kept pointing out all the dry skin that was coming up and she just kept saying it was skin. Yes. Hello. Please remove it! Then the glitter is sticking up and sharp and she said it was because of the coffin shape. Isn’t that what the files are for? My nails are SOooo lumpy I am so unhappy. My pedicure from Betty is awesome, but manicure was done by two separate people and I am thoroughly DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE: WENT BACK AND GAD THEM REMOVE THEM AND THEY BLAMED IT ONNTHE GLITTER. BUT THE GLITTER ON MY TOES WERE PERFECTLY SMOOTH. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was able to get in for a last minute appointment no problem and they were friendly and the place wasn't busy. Other than that the dip manicure was super rushed and I walked out paying full price with bleeding cuticles and now have scabs on the skin above my nails because my skin was being buffed along with my nails. After one week with the dip manicure I have 4 cracked nails and my dip manicures typically last 3 weeks. Thought it was just the tech but I had a friend with the same experience with a different tech. Do not recommend and will not be returning to this salon.

cut me twice, thumbs clearly don’t match up with each other and she left whatever is peeling off the skin around my nails. showed her a picture of base coat that was nude and she did pink. also had to correct her on the shape even after she saw the picture

Just left here after asking Diane to remove the acrylics done by this salon. My nails are literally splitting in half and are so painful because she ripped off my nails. My thumb started bleeding because they are all breaking. I have never had nails removed like this, I could have ripped them off myself if I knew that’s what she was going to do. Needless to say, by seeing the picture of my nails— they look awful. I asked her to fix them since they look so flaky and she just quickly buffed them —literally only like 0.5 sec per few nails. Sarah was great who I saw last time, but won’t be back now after receiving this terrible service from Diane. My nails are worse than they’ve ever been, and they aren’t even evenly filed or trimmed- it literally took her a few minutes and I tried to be nice and ask her to fix them but she said you’re done. ..So sad now I’ll have to go home and try to fix them myself since she literally ripped off my nails super fast and painfully with other nail tips. I told her it hurt but she didn’t care. That’s why they are looking so unhealthy, disappointed.
