We ordered a couch in January. The sales person told us it would take 12 weeks to deliver, but was often sooner. They sent weekly email updates regarding the order for the first 8 weeks. Suddenly the emails stopped. I called the store to check on the order and was told the “ETA” is August 8th.. almost 8 months after ordering (and paying) and certainly greater than 12 weeks. No one ever contacted us to let us know there would be a delay… Not sure if I ever would have heard from them again if I didn’t reach out myself. I would not recommending purchasing from this store unless it’s a floor model you can take home that day.

We worked with Deena who showed me three different versions of exactly what I wanted, right model, and size with a sofa bed included. I brought my husband to the second visit. Over two visits at which Deena should patience and resiliance, she was able to help us make a decision that satisfied us both. Deena was honest about the current problems with delivery. We will have more to say, no doubt, when our furniture arrives.

Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
