I was sent to them by my insurance company and they said everything was good to go So I had to pay for a ferry and that definitely cost a lot to put my bus on there Disappointed the fact that they didn't help me continue with my search

Had a good experience here. Dropped a vehicle off in the morning and was able to pick it up at the end of the work day. Employees were polite and efficient in dealing with the crack in my windshield. Even the call center was great when I called to check the status of my vehicle.
