Brought an engagement ring to be sized, after four months of the ring just sitting there in an envelope, I contacted them to tell them that my engagement is off and I just need the ring back. They then sized it that minute when I called when I asked them clearly that I just needed the ring back. Reduced the price from 60 to 20. Thank you for wasting my time and 20 bucks.
