My mother gave up her burial lot sixteen years ago for my sister after she was assured her ashes could be buried with her husband. When I tried to make arrangements, I was told this was not possible. It's bad enough to be faced with this dilemma, but the rude, condescending manner in which I was treated is inappropriate for a religious institution. Holy Family may need to examine the mannerisms and customer service of their staff.

Father Hickey is great. He tries to make the teachings understandable to the adults and kids as well. Very beautiful church.
