This is my first experience going to South Philly Nails. My gf goes there so I figured I'd give them a play since it's closer than my usual salon, City Nails, @ Snyder & E Moyamensing. I checked in at appx 11:50-55. I told the gentleman behind the counter what I wanted selected my color and sat down. Three people without appointments came in behind me and were taken before me. By 12:48 I had still not been serviced or even approached by any of the techs. I must have been invisible during that hour because when I questioned him why three people who came in after me (without appointments) were taken and sat down before me it was as if him and I had not had a conversation about what I wanted, the pricing, or anything else. This was my 1st & LAST experience with this salon. The prices may be good, but sadly the service is horrible. Do not recommend
