So, I went in to pick up my RX after being seen by Urgent Care. Wait in line for over 30 minutes. First of all, and it's not the pharmacy fault, but my RX was not even input into the system. Fine. I go home, get something to eat. Come back 2 hours later. The pharmacist said that they could not fill my RX because they were not given any instructions. Said that they faxed the Urgent care and were waiting to hear back. Said I could call to expedite the info. I left to go back and talk to the doc at urgent care. He called the pharmacy and said all was good. Went back, gave them my RX card. Said if I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes while they fill it. Waited, they called my name. Went up to the counter and they said that I had to get in the line. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. Told to wait 15 minutes and they would fill the script while I waited in the store. Thirty minutes later, I’m told it’s still a “5 minute wait”. Do yourself a favor and go to the Costco pharmacy. You don’t need a membership to use their pharmacy either!

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Delaware. They shorted me on my medicine that was a controlled substance and the pharmacy manger and store manger did not do there jobs to find out what happened to my medicine that is missing. I only received 60 pills out of 90. They refused to pull cameras and treated me like I was lying. I reported them to Delaware board of pharmacy. Hopefully they will investigate the situation. Besides that they have sent me home with other people medicine which I had to take back. And the lines in the drive thru are ridiculously but I will say there management is good for nothing. BEWARE CHECK YOUR MEDICINE BEFORE LEAVING THE PHARMACY!!

Sean the tech in the pharmacy is amazing. Beyond PROFFESIONAL’ I’ve never been treated so well. I usually hate picking up meds after a long day but he made it lest stressful.

This has happened to me also. What I decided to do is call and make sure everything is ready before I leave to go there so I'm not mad when I get there. The system fails. We have to step in and be proactive. I never go unless I'm told it's ready before I'm on my way with a refill situation.
Calling may help things run smoother, but that is not a customer service friendly solution. As customers we opt in for text notifications for a reason. If something about their notification system isn't working, they should get it resolved or not offer the option at all. Furthermore, I have an issue at this location every...single...time...I need prescriptions filled for my family. If the issue is staffing, then adjust the schedule. Management and/or corporate needs to do something to fix the ongoing issues at this location.
Because people have MANY questions. I call before I go to make sure everything is ready so I'm in and our. Or try to be. Wait time isnt ever THAT long. If it's an important question, it's worth the short wait.
