Depends on time of day. They dont like to see clients towards end of day. Each worker is different.

Arrived early and was among the first five of the day. Still waited more than an hour to speak to someone. Then I'm told in 60 seconds there is nothing they c an do for situation, I have to go to another agency, even though DTA was my only contact relating to this benefit previously.

The Quincy office is open, but they say there are no workers on site to help, they just have receptionist who on site. These receptionist will look up your case, can send directly to your file any forms you want to send to DTA so it's loaded for a worker to work on. They can give you forms. Maybe answer basic questions. They have phones on site so you can call workers to talk.

You can just walk in and talk to the person at the window. You can also call the DTA office, the number is easily found with a quick Google search. Just go there though that's the best thing.
