My experience with Safeway is with their drivers racing past my house on W. Chester St., you see these drivers like many other drivers see this roadway as a shortcut from Grove St. to Salisbury St. The thing is like many other neighborhoods W. Chester St. actually has children that live along it, and school bus stops, an occasional dog or cat that crosses it and a speed limit of ONLY 30 MPH! This is a residential street not the Indy 500 Race Track. Wish this area of town was actually patrolled and tickets written!!!!! There's my 2 cents worth.
