The machine costs $6 for a wash. They will charge you $10. Absolute theft.

It does not need to be this filthy! Please clean up and sorry I don’t buy that the 4th of July is a holiday. No one has cleaned here in days.

Why this place sucks and why washing your laundry in a dirty sewer puddle is actually preferable to this s~hole: 1. Water in the washer was literally gray and my laundry came out smelling like a hoard of wet dogs. 2. Dryers are a whole SCAM: the temperature barely gets above room temp. so you have to dry and re-dry your stuff over and over. 3. A week after I did my laundry here I started getting bites - whoo, bed bugs! 4. Used my card on a dryer - turns out the dryer was non-operational. Hard to get your money back and it's pretty scummy to accept payment on a machine that doesn't work. Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk!

If playing a guessing game with your money when you just want to do a simple task such as laundry is your thing; come on down to community laundry. Probably the only self serve laundromat that doesn’t notify if machines are broken or dont work correctly. And if you try contacting their email for a refund or to notify them of equipment not working correctly; guess what? Their email doesn’t work either. Honestly would give negative stars if it was possible. This place is filthy and it’s impossible to reach the staff. I’m surprised the BBB hasn’t investigated this place for whatever cover they use it as.
