Too expensive, residents very cliquey. Hot tub always broken. Too many busy bodies complaining about every little thing. Lived there two years and after moving there was surprised at the drug use in the park. If you are an alcoholic or drug user then you will fit in, if not then forget about fitting in. HOA is useless and doesn’t accomplish very much. Lake was chained off and no longer handicapped accessible.

There are no taxes. The rental includes use of the clubhouse and all the amenities plus the lawn cutting. Water and sewer is not included and billed monthly by the water company. There is no overflow lot for trailers per se but they did have room for a couple. I will check with manager tomorrow about that
