Sara was very nice! Not super pushy like you get at other places but she did check on us occasionally. A bit annoying that they don’t want to give you the advertised price on the Ashley furniture website because the website may not offer free shipping like they were in store today. They were saying that’s the corporate site not the same as the store. Corporate shouldn’t be willing to advertise at that price if the stores aren’t willing to easily match it. They did eventually match it but it shouldn’t have had to be a discussion. So all is good.

when it comes to selling, you will be sold the world, but the second you aren't happy with the Delivery, good Luck getting your money back or support from the store. we had ordered a couch from the store, once it delivered 2 months later, we weren't happy with it. they charged us a $500 restocking/delivery fee, which was fine, but then never gave inputs to when it would be picked up. I had to call the store about 16 times to get some proper answer. DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE for the manager as its useless and will never get a callback. 10 days later, my full amount for the couch and the refund money is held by them.

They, take you're temperature when walking in the store and they have pexie glass at customer service.
