Nate and Shawn were extremely professional and respectful of our house. They took very good care of our new bed bringing it in and made sure that the height of our bed satisfied our needs. One of most horrific experiences I have had yet trying to freshen up my home with new furnitures. Usually I am a man that respects establishments especially if they are based around family, I am in the same position myself and it shows a lot to me to see other places the same way. I not only was very disappointed with what I saw and what I heard but disgusted. Yea a company needs to pay attention to its guests, very true but another big part of why your door stay open are your employees, and you most definitely should not treat your employees like the bottom of the barrel in front of customers, absolutely not! I lost all of my interest, when I can hear who clearly was in charge being so rude, distasteful and just plain ignorant mixed with a strong dose of arrogance I wanted nothing to do with them anymore. When I heard the other employee talk about someone that used to be there, I thought to myself why I don’t blame them! For a company to have been around as long as Wendell’s has, and after seeing that?! I can’t help by ask myself why?! I’ve seen them talk down to customers, unless you look like you’re well off they seem to just have a very different approach to you, I’ve seen them belittle their employees, over all I do not have any good words to say about them. None.

Gorgeous affordable sectional sofa! Sales people were wonderful to work with, definitely not pushy. Tom our delivery truck driver and his helper were both very professional and enthusiastic! Overall wonderful experience…highly recommend!

Just had the Wendell's guys deliver and install my new couch. Alex was a great salesperson, not pushy, lots of information. The delivery guys were on time, careful, and friendly. Will shop here again.
