Nail tech was so rough with my nails my finger beds was hurting for 2 days straight. I was charged an extra $5 for them to remove gel polish from my toes and another extra $5 for paying with a card. I hate the shape of my nails. Horrible job in my opinion. I will never go there again. If zero stars was a thing that's what I would rate them.

Horrible!!!! Very poor customer service. I went here for 2 years. At first it was great. Then that changed. They once had me soaking my feet in water for over an hour while they took other customers. I even had an appointment. I guess they figured since I never spoke up before that they could treat me poorly. Nope!!!! I got up, dried my feet and walked out. Very poor customer service!!!!! Won’t be back!

Prices are a little high. I prefer to paint my nails myself if want any designs
