Lots of other places to rent where you aren’t treated like trash… brought the scooter back over 2 hours early. Lesson learned. Go over to affordable rentals just up the road.

I always give Young's my business. They have a staff that is courteous, professional, and very competent. They work hard to put the customer first. I have dealt with Jack a handful of times over the past couple of years, and every time he is totally helpful and accommodating. If you're trying to choose between bike stores, I recommend Young's every time!

Just left the island, and was so pleased with the whole experience with Young's. Service was friendly from making the original reservation all the way through returning the bikes, and the equipment was well-maintained. The drop-off/pick-up service was essential for our family of 4 hauling luggage pretty far in from the ferries, so having the bikes set up and waiting for us ready to go at our stay when we got there was perfect. Getting around everywhere with "our" bikes added another level of excitement to our little ones' adventure of exploring Nantucket, including extra trips down Cobblestone Hill just for fun... 100% would rent from Young's again, and will recommend it whenever asked.

Very convenient location right off the ferry. Extremely efficient-I had my bike and was on the road within 5 minutes tops. Plus they offer roadside assistance all day - you can call them if you get a flat (if you have cell service). Also reasonable rates and decent bikes for a rental place. Would definitely use them again.
