Do yourself a favor and just stay away! Canceling a membership is a nightmare. Save yourself the aggravation. Spend your money at a gym that actually cares about their members! update ..... over 60 days since my initial request for cancellation and they are still billing my card. I have sent multiple emails and made a ton of calls trying to settle this and have them stop billing me with no success.

I have been mistreated at this club on multiple occasions. When they had the water fountains turned off because of Covid I was having an asthma attack and I didn’t have my inhaler or wallet to get a water and try to catch myself. I asked for a cup to get water behind the counter and nobody would help me. I went to Wendy’s across the way and they gave me a water. The employees use profanity but then also get upset when you use it. Pretty hypocritical in my opinion. Water fountain and bathroom is always dirty. There are also no paper towels to dry your hand or tissues anymore. Was also asked to leave because I was wearing combat boots that are no bigger than a pair of sneakers.

I read the reviews before I went here for my first free week. (Go online and get you a guest pass to try them out.) I was glad to try this place out. I have been to other gyms and been able to enjoy some really great unique machines that became personal favorites - those were not available here, but that is quite alright. The place is super clean - the staff is super friendly (not creepy or douchey) and they have a really great massage chair and hydro bed, plus offer tanning and have a sauna. They have everything you need to get a great workout in, have a great variety of pre-workout items, and even have a shake bar. (I still haven't tried one yet because I have a great recipe at home, but I see and hear great things about their shakes.) They sell Edge attire and some supplements. Each membership type is a great value. Out of everywhere that I know is available and their amenities and value, this is my fiance's and my favorite, overall. ... I almost didn't write a review because ... I don't really want to wait for you to stop using the machine I want to get on to (or the massage chair,) taking up another parking space, or adding to the evening rush. 💁🏼‍♀️💯 Someone left the reviews that drew me in, so I'm just paying it forward.
