My whole experience from arrival to departure was good. Stopped at gate arm, sign said guard shack monitors channel 2, turned to channel 2 for instructions, guard shack said to come in, went to window, lady was nice, told me to drive to the back of the building and go to shipping/receiving. Went back to truck, gate arm was up, went through, made right, made left, made another left, went in door, waited there until a forklift operator came to me, guy was nice also, told me to slide tandems and back into door 2, wait for red, wait for green then free to go, he signed POD, unloaded quickly. On way out, called guard shack again on channel 2 and let them know I was unloaded and empty, then on my way.

I been to this place twice and both times I was early. The company had me wait past my scheduled delivery time both times and took well over 2 hours to offload. One of the worst places I have been to.

Honestly, I feel morale could be better, training could be better, and people who have been there for years could treat new people a little nicer and with a little more respect. We are all there to earn our paycheck and go home, they all had to start somewhere and learn and get time in to do what they do well. Quality management? In my experience, where management treats the employee fairly they in turn will go above and beyond. As with any Mill you need to be tough to survive it... It's not always fair and it's not always right...I'm there for the paycheck...that's it.
No sorry they don't but they should. Especially these days.
