I lived here for three years. It is an overall nice place, especially for the rent. Nice units, quiet location, and no pests that I have seen. Parking is great as well. There are a few drawbacks. Laundry is shared and can be a little competitive. Not all residents are respectful of the rooms. Maintenance is fine overall, but could be a little more responsive. Sometimes you need to keep calling when you need something fixed. Sound also travels easily from the hallway into the unit. We had a lot of children on our floor that would run and play in the hallway, which was disruptive when trying to work from home. That being said, none of these issues were severe enough that they would have discouraged me from renting. Management also gave us our deposit back with no problems, which surprised me. Some companies are very dishonest with security deposits, but we had no trouble here. I do recommend this place and would not have left if I didn’t need more space.
