Unethical business practices. Did not disclose they were out of network until AFTER two rounds of biopsies. $$ Sent labs to out of network lab. $$ after setting up a payment plan, received collections notice.... very frustrating while dealing with health issues.

My primary physician always takes time because of my multiple diagnosis and it never feels like my visit is rushed. He listens to me and discusses treatment options in language I can understand. I had gotten so tired of docs that rush you in and back out that the visit was a blur, you forgot half what you want to say and half what the doc told you and you leave feeling very deflated. I’ve seen one of my primary’s partners who seems to have the same practice ethic; this is a great thing when your ill.
